Novaculichthys taeniourus, or Dragon Wrasse, is a fish that lives on shallow reef flats at depths between 14 and 25 meters. This horned fish may be able to change sex and is a pelagic spawner that disperses eggs and sperm in the water column. On the other hand, juvenile and adult dragon wrasse have pretty different appearances.
